标准配备:

• CON200-270系列机型均分为：加湿预热区，干燥区和冷却定型区,都以输送带连贯每一个装置。
• 自动送布装置：让原布与传送带之间保持一定垂弧，使原布在无张力状态下传送。
• 缓和装置：布料被蒸汽湿润后及振动松弛，此区可将布料完全软化。
• 吸风罩装置：吸收加湿区的残留蒸汽,使工作场所环境清新。
• 加热装置：上下两端采用电加热热风循环，对于加工困难的化学纤维产品也能得心应手。
• 冷却装置：采用强力吸风冷却系统，可使布料完全冷却及安定。
• 卸布装置：通过靓臂摆动将布料来回折叠整齐。
• 计码器：进口计码器，精确测量布长及缩率。

The  machine includes:

• A wetting &pre-heating zone，drying zone and cooling zone which are connected by conveying belts for all CON series.
• Afabric auto-feeding & release unit:fabric can be released & conveyed without any tension under a radian between the feed fabric and unit.
• A dampening unit:fabric is softened via a vibrator after being moist urized in this unit.
• A moisture-suction unit:it sucks the leftover steam from the wetting zone to make a better working environment.
• A heating unit : it is an electrecally driven unit with hot air circulation on bothsides. This unit can also handle chemical fiber fabric well.
• A cooling unit : fabrie can be cooled thoroughly with a powertul air suction cooling system.
• A collecting unit : shrunk fabric is folded neatly through a rocker arm.
• A metering unit  : fabric length and shrinkage rate is meacured accuratelyvia the imported metering unit.
