功能:

• 减少在缝制过程中，由于布料受缝制整烫所产生的收缩。
• 防止做出来的衣服产生尺寸变化或变形。
• 使布料裁剪得以顺利进行。
• 使衬布及面布间能紧密的结合，经预缩定型之布料，无需考量布料裁剪·缝制·整烫后的收缩，便于生产，又提高产品之附加值。

优点：

• 无张力自动送布系统，使布料在无张力的状态下送入。
• 布料被蒸汽湿润及振动器松弛，将使布料软化。
• 布料经振动区后进入烘干区，使湿润的布料可以在最佳温度下干燥。
• 采用强力吸风冷却系统，急速冷却布料，利用温度差达到定型型效果。
• 摇臂摆动将布料来回折叠，降低因卷布所产生的张力。
• 特殊的电加热辅助装置，可补蒸汽之不足，任意调整烘干区之温度。

• Use the recycled suction cooling system to cool the fabric quickly and then get the fabric.
• Use the oscillator stacker to lay the fabric keeping the relaxing tension.
• The main steam heating and auxiliary electrical heating are to ensure the temperature accordingly.
