采用挑线杆挑线，摆梭勾线，凸轮机构送料，形成锁式线迹套结线缝。通过低张力缝制实现了完美稳定的缝制品质。套结缝纫性能稳定，套结花样美观。压脚提升量大可达17mm，易于拿放布料，可以畅顺地进行厚料缝制。根据用户需要有21针、28针、35针、42针等多种套结模式的套结机产品适用于中厚、厚料一般之打结，如服装、牛仔服、文胸、雨伞、皮包、皮带及裙钩、环被带等，需要加固的均可应用。
